Why am I unable to sync my STAR WARS™: Commander account with Facebook?

Some players may be unable to log into Facebook through STAR WARS™: Commander. If this occurs, the following steps may help.

iOS

A. Verify STAR WARS™: Commander has permission to access Facebook account data.

 
  1. From the Home menu, tap the Settings icon.
  2. Select Facebook from the left column.
  3. Under Allow these apps to user your account, verify that Commander is ON (green).

B. Uninstall the Facebook app.
 
  1. Touch and hold the Facebook icon until it starts to wiggle.
  2. Tap the X in the upper right corner and select Delete to confirm.

C. Delete your Facebook account from your device (your actual Facebook account will not be affected).
 
  1. From the Home menu, tap the Settings icon.
  2. Select Facebook from the left column and tap your name in the right column.
  3. Tap Delete Account to log out of your Facebook account on your device.

D. Log out of Facebook in your browsers.

E. Restart your device. 


F. Log into Facebook through STAR WARS™: Commander.
 
  1. Launch the app and tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap the Facebook icon
  3. A browser will open to Facebook's site, log into your account.

Once you have successfully synced your Facebook account in-app, feel free to reinstall the Facebook app on your device.

Android and Windows:

A. Uninstall the Facebook app.

 
  1. Touch and hold the Facebook icon until it starts to wiggle.
  2. Tap the X in the upper right corner and select Delete to confirm.

B. Log out of Facebook in your browsers

C. Restart your device. 


D. Log into Facebook through STAR WARS™: Commander.
 

  1. Launch the app and tap the Settings icon.
  2. Tap the Facebook icon
  3. A browser will open to Facebook's site, log into your account.
Once you have successfully synced your Facebook account in-app, feel free to reinstall the Facebook app on your device.
