iOS - Locating your UDID

posted on 2017/02/06

Every iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch has a Unique Device Identifier (UDID), is a sequence of 40 letters and numbers specific to your device. It will look something like this:

To find your UDID:
1. Launch iTunes and connect your iPhone or iPad.
2. In the right panel, locate the information about your iPhone or iPad, including its name, capacity, software version, serial number, and phone number:
Tap on Summary
3. Reveal the Identifier by clicking Serial Number, then UDID:
Tap Serial Number
4. Copy and paste the UDID into your email to us.
