Why do I see the error message "Not enough capacity" when I transfer units to Starport?

When transferring units from HQ Inventory to the Starport, make sure that you quickly tap the unit you want to deploy. This ensures that you only move one at a time. If you tap and hold for too long, all of your units will be transferred at once. This results in the error message "Not enough capacity," even though there appear to be open spots left in your Starport.
